Noctis is a semi-professional chamber choir founded and directed by Francis Faux. The group consists of musicians from around the South West and we perform at a wide range of venues all over the country. Our repertoire includes traditional choral music as well as contemporary arrangements of popular songs, film scores and jazz standards.

Noctis joins Corsham Choral Society in what promises to be a unique and captivating concert of choral music. Highlights will include an exhilirating arrangement of Nobuo Uematsu's One Winged Angel from the Final Fantasy video-game franchise, as well as performing Tavener's Song for Athene, which was sung at Princess Diana's funeral in Westminster Abbey.
Pianists Will Ashworth and Alfie Pugh will also be performing excerpts from Holst's own transcription of the ever-popular 'Planets Suite' for two pianos.

Noctis take to the centre of Bath for their first appearance at the popular opening night of the Bath International Music Festival. The choir will be singing a selection of music from the big and small screen, including arragements of Josef Zawinul's Birdland, Arlen's Over the Rainbow and Nobuo Uematsu's One Winged Angel from the Final Fantasy video-game franchise.

St. John's Church, Colerne
Noctis are delighted to be able to support the Colerne Music Fund, an organisation that seeks to advance music education and promote the arts in the local area, by holding a summer fundraising concert in St John's Church, Colerne. The evening will include music by Tallis, Byrd, Bruckner, Caccini as well as Paul Mealor's Ubi Caritas, which was performed in Westminster Abbey at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton last year.
